Why I created this Mastermind

2025 has been an incredibly difficult year for me, personally

With everything going on in the world (the US and abroad)

With an injury last winter that left me even more limited in my mobility (we’re talking not being able to get off the toilet by myself or get in and out of my car on my own)

With trying to be present in both my relationship and business with everything else going on in life... it was one of my most challenging years.

And yet,

…Even with all of that, I showed up for and in my relationship. And I helped my clients keep showing up, too.

…Even though my partner had to take on more of a caregiver role this past year which made it one of our hardest in our 6 years together and which changed our relationship dynamics considerably, we were still able to make space for date nights, cuddles, travel (including Costa Rica!), and feel connected *most* of the time (no one is perfect, here)

…Even with everything going on, I was able to maintain momentum in business, simplify, work less, and actually had my highest income year ever in my decade of business

What are IFS calls?

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a therapeutic model where we get to know the parts & pieces of you that may be holding you back from your success. My 1:1 clients RAVE about these sessions and see such powerful shifts. I’ve had hundreds of hours of IFS training and officially completed my Level 1 training in May 2024 (which means I get to practice this work out in the world :)).

These sessions will be optional and you do not have to participate- but I would recommend that you at least witness this powerful process. During these group calls we will follow a “trail head” (a belief, feeling, sensation, block) and work to uncover what its true intention is so that, if it wants to, it can be released from that role and do something else instead. This allows you to show up as YOU, your Self, and not react/take actions as often from these pieces that are trying to protect you, keep you small, and keep you hiding (with good intention, of course) in your business and relationship.

You can also use any of your private 1:1 calls as an IFS session if you choose.

What if I'm not in a relationship or dating?

I'm so glad you asked! This program is best suited for you if you are dating, about to be dating again, or are in a relationship since we will be covering how to communicate and have hard convos with your date/partner and how to feel more confident showing up and being seen in relationship so you can get your needs met and feel deeply supported.

Most of my clients have been in business for a year or more and are seeing results. They also know that they may need to tweak, simplify, focus on capacity and alignment, or shift some deep-rooted beliefs to keep the momentum going in business, while spending more time in/on their relationship.
